Setup

1. Duplicate this page into your workspace.
2. Connect the official Notion connector in Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex.
3. Install the SOP Manager plugin for the product you use.
4. Say: Set up SOP Manager.

The assistant will locate the SOP Manager Home page, verify the two databases below, and use only Approved SOPs when answering process questions.

What the plugin can do

• Create review-ready SOP drafts.
• Find and answer from Approved SOPs.
• Audit SOP library health without changing records.
• Prioritize the SOP review queue.
• Report current-state SOP analytics.
• Submit a missing-SOP request when no Approved SOP is available.

Safety rules

• Generated content starts as Generated Draft.
• Drafts are not treated as approved instructions.
• SOP creation and request submission require confirmation.
